After the sudden passing of their CEO, we came in to assist SHEPP with the transition. This involved working with them to develop a new identity and tagline that reflected their shared values and focus on their members. Over the next decade, we continued to work with them on numerous strategic and people related initiatives. That work included facilitation, training, C-suite leadership coaching, and acting as an Advisor to the Board of Trustees. Our team has also helped SHEPP craft their communication strategies, asssited with operational planning, as well as update their logo, design their annual report, and design and develop their new website.
