As a growing association representing the rural municipalities in Saskatchewan, SARM partnered with MCQUEEN for help building their organizational structure and supporting their growth. Our support included complex consulting, people and advisory services. We also provided robust support with organizational design, leadership development and coaching, executive and professional search, facilitation and training. We also played an integral role supporting their strategic communications team with writing, editing, publishing, design, production, ad management, PR and media, video production, branding, and web development. Additionally, we built and custom designed their convention registration platform and convention app.
